Pull the S Pen out of the bottom-right slot to wake the screen and open Air Command. From there: Smart Select (capture region), Screen Write (annotate screenshot), Live Messages (handwritten animated note), Translate (point at text), Magnify, AR Doodle. The S Pen also works as a Bluetooth remote shutter for the camera.
